Data Types in Salesforce
Simply said, data types are the various kinds of variables you can have. Your variables can have any name you choose, as long as it’s a single word. Your variables should be written in camel case as per an unwritten guideline.
Time and Date Date Times and Dates differ only in that the latter keeps track of hours, minutes, seconds, and even milliseconds! In the sample above, you’ll notice that we used both date and datetime methods.
