What is a Salesforce MVP?

A Salesforce MVP is a lifelong learner who will always go above and beyond to share expertise to help their entire community blaze trails, and nominations are accepted each year to honor these outstanding leaders. For those unfamiliar with the Salesforce MVP program, it was created to recognize and reward people who exhibit extraordinary leadership traits.

What does the Salesforce MVP Stand for?

The word “Most Valuable Player” (or “Most Valuable Professional” in this context) comes from the sporting term “Most Valuable Player.” Individuals that are selected Salesforce MVPs have that title for a year (renewed each year subject to their contributions to the Trailblazer community)

How does one become Salesforce MVP?

There are three easy steps to follow:

1. Become a specialist in salesforce.
2. Do a lot of what you enjoy in salesforce and help others to learn salesforce.
3. Let the Trailblazer Communityknow you.

A trailblazer is a leader who is a pioneer, an innovator, a lifelong learner, and a mover and shaker who leaves a trail for others to follow.

Above all, a person strives to make the world a better place for others. Expressing admiration for their expertise or distinctive features.

Qualities Of Salesforce MVP?

A variety of qualities are required to be a successful Sales MVP:

1.Exchange of knowledge:

Salesforce MVP should possess the quality of transforming knowledge. Exchange of expertise is the process of transferring undocumented and documented information from one person to another Thus, sharing knowledge increases productivity and efficiency.

2.Positivity

One of the Salesforce MVP’s core values is to have a positive attitude to encourage a positive work environment.

3.Leadership

Good leadership qualities will propel their respective environment to new heights. They achieved their goals because of their faith and strong leadership abilities.

4.Coachability

Coachability is a critical role of a Salesforce MVP to ask the audience what they have learned, provide feedback, and even grade them once they have been coached.

Trust and idealism are important characteristics of the most generous people. So, to be a Salesforce MVP, one must possess the above qualities mentioned.

6.Innovative Approach

The ability to innovate distinguishes between a leader and a follower. Salesforce MVP should always be ready with new ideas for an innovative approach.

Process of Salesforce MVP

The Salesforce Trailblazer Community accepts nominations once a year.

The procedure works as follows:

1. Anyone can vote for someone who has helped them to learn and provided solutions in salesforce.

2. After all the data has been gathered and reviewed, the nominations are forwarded to current Salesforce MVPs for their feedback. Remember, you only need one vote to advance to the next round.

3. The Salesforce Trailblazer Community team and other Salesforce employees provide input next to select MVPs from the list.

The most awaited date to nominate Salesforce MVP has already started from 8th Nov 2021 and till 3rd Dec 2021 time is there to set. Selected Mentors will be announced by early 2022. For more information click here
